Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California at the 9th day of July, 1983. Her career began in the field of real estate following her graduation from high school. Tarek El-Moussa and her husband, also worked in this business. The couple was very successful until the 2008 market crash, when a lot of real estate and home flippers collapsed. Tarek El Moussa as well as Christina Moussa almost ended up losing everything due to the crash. They moved from a home that cost $6000 per month, and then an apartment that cost $700 a month. Their businesses and the economy slowly recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame Tarek in 2011, asked a person to aid him in making an HGTV tape that showed Christina as well as him flipping a home from beginning to the end. Pie Town Productions' executives were able to access the tape. These executives were in love of Tarek, Christina and their stories. In 2012 the couple reached a deal with HGTV.
