Awkwafina
Awkwafina is an American actress and musician. She began by releasing humorous, cleverly written music that tackled questions of racial identity and sexuality. Later, she broadened her fans to Hollywood. Nora Lum was born to Chinese Korean immigrants living from Forest Hills Queens. Her first exposure to music was from the trumpet. Following her Jazz and classical training, she delved into hip-hop when she was an teen. After concentrating on education, she graduated with the degree of journalist in university and also a women's study degree. When she graduated, she started to pursue music as her main focus. In 2012 her track My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success on the Internet eventually landing on her debut album Yellow Ranger in 2014. The other viral hit songs included queef track, and the witty NYC Bitchecity tour. This track was directly linked into another venture Awkwafina's NYC a travel guide published in 2015. Apart from having published a book, her other career was as a singer. In addition to early television shows such as Girl Code and Tawk, she's also appeared in movies like Neighbors2Storks, and Bad Rap. She had a breakthrough role in the year 2018 when she appeared in a number of notable films like Dude Ocean's 8 as well as Crazy Rich Asians. In June she dropped her EP "In Fina We Trust".
